SloJo reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in SloJo's sole discretion, violates this provision, including without limitation, removing the offending content from the Service and terminating the accounts of such violators.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

a. Our Content: All content provided by SloJo on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of SloJo or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of SloJo.

b. User Content: If you stream, upload, or otherwise provide content to the Service ("User Content"), you retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that User Content. 8. Limitation of Liability

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless SloJo and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms, or c) Content posted on the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
